2016 TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 16 43mm is priced at CHF 4,500 (Swiss Francs), which is a small premium to the other Calibre 16 Carreras, but less than the previous 1887 model.As with the majority of TAG Heuer’s Calibre 16 range, the new 2016 models use the Sellita SW500 movement, rather than the almost-identical ETA 7750. The Day-Date models offer a sapphire case back and water resistance to 100m.
While the most obvious change is the movement swap, there are also a number of detailed changes for the new watches, including:
